2017 I have added some new artworks to my art gallery.  These are three seascapes inspired by a holiday in Lanzarote, Spain.  These paintings are oil on board and the original work is 6x4 inches in scale. Shortly I will be adding some photographic work. Keep in touch, Phil

Hi from Colorphil. Just to let you know that I have recently arranged for all my current gallery images to go to the Print shop so feel free to order prints and enjoy!! I am also adding two new works today. One is entitled 'Garden colours' inspired by the joy I received from seeing the flowers and greens in our garden this summer.   The second work is entitled 'Smashed Earth' where I liken our planet earth to a pane of smashed glass.  This reflects the environmental damage we humans do to our planet and it's ozone layer.  The colours and textures in the lower half of this image show our cultivations from earth and water.  The sky above us

I have been AWOL for a while but back in action now. Looking forward to browsing again.

This first selection of photographs added to my gallery on the 23rd. April, 2017, are based on the theme of Windows.  The intrigue of looking in through or out through windows. These photos were taken in Ireland, Spain, Italy and the UK.  I have used photoshop techniques to alter the hue and/or saturate colours to achieve a more abstract effect.   Enjoy and I welcome your comments.
